Blood Orange Sotol Margarita on the Rocks


What You’ll Need

3 oz Desert Door Texas Sotol

1 oz Gran Marnier 4 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice 1 oz agave nectar Crushed ice Garnish: flake salt Garnish: fresh blood orange slice

Preparation * Garnish 2 - 5 oz glasses with rock salt by dipping the rim fo the glass into a small amount of blood orange juice and then rolling it around int the rock salt. Set glasses aside to allow to set.

* Add all of the ingredients, including the ice, to a shaker.

* Shake well!

* Add pulsed / broken ice to glasses.

* Split the drink evenly into each salted glass.

* Add blood orange slice as garnish

* Enjoy!
