Bloody Mary’s with Fresh Veggie Juice

Want to drink a big glass of fresh veggie juice, but, are repulsed by the taste? Why not wash it down with some vodka by turning it into a delicious Bloody Mary?! That way you can get healthy and tipsy all at the same time!

Ingredients .

3 cups of tomato juice

1 cup of veggie juice, freshly juiced * (handful of kale, big piece of ginger, a piece of daikon radish, a small piece of a Serrano pepper, 1 carrot, and 2-3 celery stalks) . 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice Dash of Worcestershire to taste . 1 oz of vodka per cup of Bloody Mary mix Preparation

* Juice the veggie juice and add to a mixing bowl. You should add the ginger and radish first, then the kale, then end with the pepper, carrot, and finally the celery. That way the carrot and celery will wash everything else through the juicer. NOTE: If you aren’t a regular veggie juicer, you may want to go lighter on some of the ingredients, like the kale, ginger and daikon. * Add the tomato juice to the mixing bowl. Mix well with a whisk. * Pour mix into a blender with 4 oz of vodka, and add just about 1/2 cups of ice. Blend briefly, just long enough to crush the ice. * Pour into glasses. Enjoy!
